Jamie came to me 9 months before her 40th birthday. She was tired of feeling tired! She wanted to have the energy to keep up with her twin daughters!
Jamie had tried several things, juice cleanses, quick diets, running miles at a time. Nothing ever worked long term and she was tired of the up and down.
Her goal was simple! She just wanted to feel better and not go into her birthday feeling sluggish and run down. Easy Peasy!!
One kicker, Jamie hated to cook! So we had another to work on.

Meet Martha! Martha reached out because she had been battling an infection for far too long (over a year!) and she was so tired of not feeling well. She was run down and really needed to make a change. She is a healer and really needed her energy to continue giving to others!!
We made some nutrition changes specific to her needs to fight off the infection while still working towards her goals for weight loss and energy. Martha took the changes to heart and she had such impressive progress! Within a month, she was almost completely infection free and feeling great.
